The reporter’s words
Water flowing out of a valve cover and down the lane on Scarborough Fare. Another leak is being fixed about 10m up the rise from this but this is another one. The tar seal from these two leaks has been badly damaged. You can’t tell so much driving on it but when you walk on it it is very soft now.
