The reporter’s words
This sign on the east side under the bridge should be a “No Entry” sign, not a “No Exit” sign. Drivers are prohibited from entering the road under the bridge from the east side (it is a one-way from west to east). Suspect this sign is from many years ago before the road layout changed.
