There is a car that has been parked up for at least two weeks along Hills Road, outside Walter park toilets, across from Mairehau High School. Someone is living in the car and using the public toilets. There is a lot of rubbish on the ground under the car. They have a dog who they have let run around Walter Park and don’t pick up after it. Car only has one number plate.
