Bus Shelter Issue

The reporter’s words

I am writing to request a bus shelter as there is currently no protection for passengers during rain. Commuters, including school children and the elderly, face serious discomfort when waiting in bad weather. A shelter would greatly improve the experience and encourage more public transport use.
