The reporter’s words

Building site. Have been pouring concrete last 3 days . Pavement is destroyed. No H&S insitu. Would have been allowed to walk under concrete pump IF pavement was useable . Crossed to other side and grass verge has been also destroyed. No of these concerns with major complex being built beside Med Centre just down the road.
