The reporter’s words
I slipped walking on my front path because of the hazard from the leaves from the council tree on the berm that overhangs our front property. I believe if the council doesn't prune, top or better still remove the tree then we should at least be provided a complimentary large green bin. We are paying the council and yet we pick up your compost and fill our bin! Those leaves also cause block drains all over Northwood. A big planning fail planting those trees! It would be cost effective to rid.
