Lichfield street public pay car park. 1st level lights near stairwell not operational. Have submitted before but no action. Unsafe for people at night. Unable to see cars and door locks, people at night or tripping hazards. Advise checking all lights in car park as heard from others lights on higher levels also don’t work.
