My neighbour at 1/74 Picton Ave leave all their grass clipping by my kitchen window like compost. It is smelly in summer time and it might have rats and other bugs from compost. This is a health nuisance to my life. I can’t even open my kitchen window at the moment. My address is 2/74 Picton Ave. pls see photos attached.
