The reporter’s words

The berm looks like an eye sore with the tree and plant there. The leaves and branches from those vegetation create a huge nuisance, the drain gets blocked up in the rain, street and footpath looks so messy all the time. I have to put one bin on driveway and another bin in the plant area with uneven surface for collection. WM truck always leave the bins on street after empty them. It is a safety hazard as it is a narrow and busy road. Please put a new berm in this space and remove those plant.
