The reporter’s words
All of the footpaths at Avonhead Park are overgrown with grass. The footpath widths are not wide enough for two people to walk comfortably side by side. There is at least 10cm of grass on either side that needs to be cut back around the entire park. Someone has cut small sections back which show the extent of the issue.
