The reporter’s words

Car parked in accessible car park without valid permit. When pointed out to driver she said they were waiting for a colleague to come out and only were going to be there 5 mins. A 2nd lady who was with the driver acknowledged it was wrong but said they worked in the building which I have since found out was the police station and they would move if asked. If they work for the police they should know better and not break the law. The person who they were waiting for was also able bodied.
