Track running Grants road to Proctor St accessible by locked gates from Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village. A spring has erupted on path making it very difficult for for elderly people to negotiate making a dangerous situation. This should have been sorted months ago Shirley Schmidli TH 91/95 Grants road
