The reporter’s words
This graffiti was painted over yesterday, however the paint never dried (it is still wet!). As a result it ran and the graffiti reappeared. We can see it has run onto the ground slightly. Suggest giving it a couple of days with hopefully warm weather, and then repainting over again next week.
