This abandoned CCC owned propery is a disgrace to this beautiful part of the City centre. Its is the home to various riff raff and drug deals and this house needs to removed immediately. Locals and us neighbours feel unsafe, and its an absolute eyesore. We would be so grateful if there is action on this and very happy to help with the idea to convert it to a park or community space and would happily donate trees or benches etc. Thankyou
