The reporter’s words

This problem has been reported several times and nothing has been done. Covered container walkway takes up parking spaces so cars park in the LIVE traffic lane. Now westbound traffic has to move into oncoming traffic to get past illegally parked cars. Needs no parking signs and painted yellow no parking lines ASAP
