Someone has planted a bunch of yuccas in bottle lake reserve . There are also a bunch of them on the side of the road for free outside 76 Rothesay Rd . Apparently same person put them there lives in ruahine place . I thought this area was meant to be a firebreak . Just checking if this is allowed . The leaves make a mess .
