The reporter’s words
I was walking my dog this morning (03/04/2019) through the South New Brighton Park and came across the old scout den. I’m not sure if this building is council or privately owned so I’ve reported it regardless. It looks like it may have been broken into. This is a hazard as children or animals could attempt to go in there, the building hasn’t been used since the earthquakes so I’m unsure if it’s a stable dwelling.
