As a rate payer and a community-minded citizen, now that sweeper trucks can no longer sweep the Gambia St gutters on the tree side, I have spaded up the leaves in the gutter outside my place. Communication I had from the council said the pile would be picked up by July 28th. That's not happened. You'll note the build up of water behind the pile. I've told the council significant rain will cause flooding if these leaves are not picked up. They contain some non-organic material.
