In addition to previous snap on issue no 6692588. This white ute has parked in 79 major hornbrook,he was asked to move which he refused and shut his window.teacher asked him to move or police would be called his behaviour felt uncomfortable. Need clearer signage or criss cross road marking to present a very obvious no parking.the children cross and these people are unpredictable and unsafe
