The reporter’s words

This drain is in front of a tree at the south end of Moa Reserve, near the footpath.This drain has been blocked for several weeks and needs to be sucked out. I think some of the problem is that there used to be a bollard at the end of the parking space but it has been removed so now cars drive out over the edge of the garden, therefore pushing mud forward and into the gutters and drain.
