Colonel Sanders, Local Artist Spotted an A3 KFC vinyl slapped on the footpath outside Northlink. It’s like Phantom Billstickers or an imitator abandoned indie gigs and started hustling food industry deals. Pretty sure the Public Places Bylaw wasn’t designed for pavement fried chicken ads? If this is allowed, I’ll be vinyl-printing my Trade Me listings and turning the CBD into my personal auction house.
