The reporter’s words

This is a request on behalf of my 78 year old widowed neighbour, Trevor. These two council owned trees, outside his property, are severely over grown and for some reason were not trimmed the last time a trimming team worked their way up our street (last year). This over growth results in significant leaf fall into his property in the winter. Can the over growth over his property please be trimmed? I can arrange access to the property for easier pruning of these trees. Thank you.
