The reporter’s words

At 4.30pm I sat behind a car that could not turn right at lights if it followed the road rules. A queue of traffic including the orbiter bus was stuck behind this car for at least 4 if not more sets of lights. The red turn right arrow appears but no green right arrow and so it is impossible for any car to turn right at the intersection without a) moving into the intersection (which this timid? out of town? driver did not want to do ) and b) turn once lights go red. Frankly it’s stupid &dangerous
