The reporter’s words

Resident is concerned about anti social behavior in this asset. Has caught a guy doing his business and it scared her and she has young kids in the house. Im the gardener who lower the shrub. I found drug paraphernalia in behind it. As well as sipping pallets and random litter. I think her concerns are valid. She would like it removed and replanted. Even turned into a grass berm.
