The reporter’s words
The drains on the side of the foot path are blocked up with stones dirt and rocks and the water is now flowing all the way down the foot path damaging the steps undermining the foot path making it slippery for people to walk on. There is also trees growing overhead, which you bang your head on when you walk through at night time
