Hello At great expense. ( within the last five or so weeks) the council has replaced a long strip of footpath on Rugby Street between Naseby and Repton Street''s There is an issue under one part of the new asphalt as it already is bulging up and a small crater appearing. Could this matter please be looked into without delay .??
