The reporter’s words

Hole in footpath. This footpath has recently been renewed. Particles of asphalt blow out of hole every time the irrigation to the grass berm operates. I suggest there is a water leak in the irrigation pipe. This is on the Rugby St footpath outside the Naseby St property. House is located on the corner of Rugby and Naseby Streets.
