The reporter’s words
Cars are illegally parked on the footpath (as per photos) forcing pedestrians to walk on the road. The footpath has just had repairs and maintenance carried out on it and these illegally parked cars will continue to damage the footpath. Pedestrians, parents with prams and disabled, are all being forced onto the road causing a danger to themselves and other motorists. It is clearly stated in the law, that vehicles are not allowed to park on the footpath.
