The reporter’s words

This dog is an unregistered dog that keeps getting into my property because the tenant next door refuses to fix the fence. This dog stalks me and my kids in my back yard it's not safe for myself or my kids to be in our back yard. The dog is left outside most of the time and barks almost constantly. I have reported to animal control and SPCA of the neglect of this dog but nothing gets done the dog loves at 3 Orion street
