During this house relocation a tree on the public berm of Geraldine Street was uprooted by the removalists and subsequently replanted, albeit, slightly crooked. I will be very surprised if it survives without specialist care & attention. Is this a permissible procedure in this house relocation or should the relocation company be held liable for the damage caused?
