The reporter’s words

This is a continuation of previous complaints. My driveway continually floods when ever it rains. You guys attempted a fix last year but all you did was dig up the berm and plant new grass but didn’t address the underlying problem of drainage. I pay an excessive amount in rates to live here and it’s not good enough. I have also raised this previously as a health and safety issue as someone slipped entering the driveway.
