The reporter’s words

The area on the footpath at end of our driveway and into the berm in constantly flooded. It does not dry out after any rain, it stays full of water and goes slimmy muddy and slippery. The water does not drain away. People cannot walk over this area. People have fallen in this area due to the contact build up of water and mud and slime due to it not draining. The area on grass in the berm is often full of water as well. This is a safety hazard
