Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 1 May 2019 at 8:01 am, 52, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
It is nearly impossible as a pedestrian to cross Montreal going with the traffic on Tuam and then cross Tuam against the traffic on Montreal in consecutive crossings. You can’t get over the cycle lane to hit the button in time to cross with the next change of lights. Is there any reason why the button is not on the footpath side of the cycle lane?
