As you can see, this problem is still ongoing. He's basically obliterated the plantings along one side of the bed. Maybe some posts to stop him parking there? This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Dec 10, 2018. This guy's been parking in the garden bed outside his house ever since it was built. I thought he might stop once it was planted up a few weeks ago but no, he's just killing the plants.
