This is on council land and is full of rubbish and overgrown vegetation cabbage tree and flax leaves are so dry and built up over many years we are worried it may be a fire hazard This has been reported before approx 7 months ago but no action to date. This corner has not been attended to for at least 3 years or more local flats are using it as a dumping area please can this be tided and trimmed back Many thanks Local resident
