The reporter’s words

Someone has recently cut the mesh on the fence beside the Northern Line cycleway. Initially it was sticking out on the cycleway and could have caught someone riding past. I bent it back so it is not such a hazard. To be fair the mesh fence all alone the cycleway is pretty bad - there are many places where a damaged fence could catch a rider. If not fix it is ok. Just mentioning because looks to be malicious/vandalism.
