Cyclist traffic light on Colombo St at Lichfield St intersection is skewed/been knocked so it's pointing south-west rather than south & can't be easily seen by cyclists at the intersection. Needs to be straightened up. Saw cyclist proceed on (obscured) red cyclist light & nearly get knocked off by car turning left.
