The reporter’s words

Unfortunately, due to the mental illness of the resident at 23 Wyon Street Linwood. The property has become more of a rubbish tip, as clearly seen from the most recent satellite imagines. This has an impact on all the surrounding residents due to the high amount of rats and wild cats that are breeding at this property. This property should be condemned, and no one should be living there, but there is. How is this possible? The council needs to take action and order the clean-up at this property.
