Park - General Request
Reported Wednesday, 8 October 2025 at 4:30 pm, 1 Landfill Avenue, Parklands, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
People living in forest??. I have noticed a number of people setting up camps sites/huts longterm. I am wondering what the council rules as these sites have no facilities i m e toilets and increase fire risks to forest. I can see the situation getting out of hand very quickly if not stopped.
