2 issues on the footpath at Durham Street South just south of Lichfield Street: 1/ Toby lid needs replacing properly. 2/ adjacent anonymous asset needs taking right down to the footpath level. NB: Both of these are an OHS risk to pedestrians safety at present. Suggest a warning traffic cone be put in place until problems are rectified.
