The reporter’s words
Walnut playground is loved by many children in particular those who attend the nearby daycare/preschool. The facilities are in need of recondition as there are paint chips, scratching and sun damage. Part of the edging has come away exposing nails which is unsafe for children. The decking is in need of a new stain and releveling in parts as it is not flat. The bark chips also need to levelled and redistributed around the playground.
