Sunday 12th October, The Higgins truck unloaded all its heavy machinery parked in the middle of road with no traffic management. It's blocked off driveways and made street 1 way right before a blind corner, no notice was given. When approached the manager in charge who lives on the street having machinery dropped off to him them proceeded to abuse me for taking photos and the proceeded to drive past again to stop and intimidate me to not file a report. Due to feeling unsafe I waited to report
