The reporter’s words
There is an empty section between 250 Gloucester street and the carpark at the Latimer hotel On the edge of the empty section there is watering pouring out of the water meter . As you can see from photos there is a large amount of water coming out and pooling in the gutter, across the footpath. This needs to be fixed ASAP
