The reporter’s words

Company at 115 The Runway uses cones to block about 10 carparks on the street every single day to ensure people are not to use the public carparks and if people park by the cones they will come and ask you to move. They are not traffic management cones or allowed to do this. Despite being asked to move their cones by members of the public they will not move them
