companies cones out on the road again, been ongoing for years blocking half the street parking with the cones, council has taken them every time but they keep getting put back out. the cones are now half out the street and people need to swerve around. this has been going on for years and I've snap send solved it about 5 times since mid last year and it only gets resolved for a few days until the cones reapper. the company has been told not allowed to put cones out but still do
