urgent action required. break in water pipes? discharging hundreds of litres of our precious water down Voelas road. second week and multiple outflows developing through asphalt. asphalt becoming undermined as soil eroded with potential for sink holes developing. getting worse by the day as more outflows detected. urgent action required.
