This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on May 19, 2019. This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Apr 27, 2019. Toby box isolation valve is not working. When the isolation valve is turned off the water still passes through the valve. Isolation valve appears to be leaking as well. Potable water Pipe appears to be leaking beneath the pavement. Water can be seen flowing from the footpath doesn’t he drain. Toby box is noisily as well.
