The reporter’s words

Before Rutland St was resealed recently there was a black and yellow barrier to stop drivers making illegal right hand turn manoeuvres at Rutland/Westminster St intersection. Since the road was resealed there is now no barrier. I have seen several drivers make illegal right hand turns. Please install a concrete barrier to prevent illegal right hand turns here.
