Several issues here. There was. Obviously a water repair of some kind.It has been done incorrectly. Water still seeping into stormwater from the repair. Note the repair is very very badly done. There is a hollow where the water has obviously eroded away Substrate. The Footpath is now looking at a collapse at some time in the near future.
