The reporter’s words

Maybe an arrogant rich guy just thought he is ok with a wrong side parking or a European tourist who just parked on the right side. My opinion is the person who parked clearly understand that he is committing a mistake. Giving he/ her a suitable fine will be an example for others. Thanks.
